Bee's & Butterflies!

It's been a while since I've updated this blog however today I finally have something to share with you. Yesterday I visited Tophill Low Nature Reserve and managed to get a little selection of photographs. Today I am sharing with you those that are of the Bee's & Butterflies .....

Bempton Cliffs ...

Good Afternoon!

It's been 2 months since I last updated this blog, goes to show how much work gets in the way of being able to venture out with the camera!

 Luckily I had last weekend off so on Sunday I visited RSPB Bempton Cliffs to try and see the Puffins, I wasn't disappointed. Here are my favourite snaps from the mornings visit.

Of course the main attraction of the day, Puffins!

Of course the plants person in me couldn't resist taking a snap of the flowers growing along the cliff top ...

Followed by some photo's of Gannet's 

These were actually building a nest close by the top so both me and my Father managed to get some lovely views of the birds close up, getting a picture of them in flight however proved rather tricky!

Finally here is a snap of the cliffs, what started off as a cloudy day ended with bright sunshine!

Good Friday ...

Good Morning!

It's been a while since I posted on this blog, simple reason being I haven't really been out with my camera since the last post, until yesterday! Me and my Dad went to Tophill Low Nature Reserve again and even though there wasn't much about it I did manage to get some snaps ...

The following photo's aren't as clear as I would like, simply because they were too far out of reach for my little camera, but I thought I'd share them anyway :)

New Years Day ...

Good Morning!

It's been a while since I've had the chance to go out with my camera but luckily on New Years Day that all changed. I visited Tophill Low Nature Reserve which you may be familiar with from some of my previous posts. The weather was chilly yet dry and considering the weather we've had since it was certainly the best day to go! Although there wasn't too much to see (due to the mild weather over the past few weeks) 

I did manage to get some snaps of what was around.

Finally on the way I managed to take this photo of a Partridge in a passing field.
